What we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
Consultation requests
When you request a consultation we collect your name, email, phone number, primary goal, preferred contact method and, if you add them, preferred days or times. We also record which page the request came from.
If you used the Find Your FIT quiz or Build Your Plan, your answers (including preferred training days, time of day and frequency) and the suggested program are saved with your request so your coach knows your goals. Results are calculated in your browser; answers are only saved if you send a request.
We don’t ask for medical history. Please don’t include medical details in the form.
How we use it
Only to follow up with you
Your information is used by FIT to contact you about your consultation and FIT programs. It is stored in the website’s secure database, which the public cannot read. We don’t sell it.
To limit spam, the site keeps a short-lived, anonymized (hashed) record of how many requests come from a connection.
Links to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, Google Maps and FIT’s Saturday sign-up page take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
