Hyrox Training at FIT!

Tuesday & Thursday at 6:00 pm Saturday at 7:30 am

  • In person, group HYROX training 3 days per week lead by certified HYROX coaches

  • Nutrition guidance to help you feel and perform your best

  • Complete 5 day online programming to give you every opportunity for success.
