One - on - One Training

This is the individualized program that will help you achieve your goals. You have individual wants and needs, therefore your fitness plan will reflect that. Sessions are private, thirty minutes, and are available based on your schedule.

Partner Training

Find a buddy! Partner training is a great way to get the private, customized training at a reduced cost.

Small Group Training

Small group training consists of anywhere between three to eight clients and gives you the benefit of both privatized training and social interaction. 

Gather your friends, neighbors, or co-workers for some fitness fun. 

We have early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, and evening times available.
