Most people want to eat whatever they want. Most people want their bodies to look and feel good. I'm one of those people.

I grew up in a house where food was goooood lol (thanks mom) looking back it also wasn't the healthiest. I was also lucky enough to grow up in a house that was very athletic so i was able to out train a bad diet most of my life. I think the main reason people battle food is because they don't understand it. Meaning what it does for you, to you and just the basics on how food works. I didn't grow up in a house where we talked about protein or carbs. Mom never said don't eat this or you should eat that. It was more like don't leave the table without eating all your food lol and I don't blame my mom for any of this. I believe food education is the key to overall health. If we educate people better about food, I believe they would make better decisions.

Fitness means something different to everybody, I try to create an environment where people can come in, achieve it on their terms and have a little fun while they do it.
