Since graduating with a degree in Kinesiology, I have spent numerous years working with a variety of clientele in a personal and group training setting. As I continue to learn more about nutrition, and I choose to lead a healthy lifestyle, I am excited to help others do the same. As a mom of three boys, I know how challenging it can be to find time for wholesome meals and workouts, but I encourage you to make the time. With a focus on good nutrition and functional workouts, you can feel strong successful in your everyday life.
